Consultant-Events and Activations, Community Engagement
• Member of the Expo Community Engagement Team, tasked to facilitate interaction, build awareness and excitement around Expo 2020 through an ongoing calendar of events and activations
• Involved in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing engaging initiatives that targeted the community across the public, government, corporate and university segments
• Managed and executed a 10 week ‘Open Door’ tour program that offered the local community
a sneak peek into the Expo 2020. The program consisted of more than 200 tours for 9000+ visitors who were taken through a curated content showcase and a guided bus tour of the Expo site. Scope included inviting, planning, scheduling tours as well as overseeing all on- ground operations during the tours, with an agency team of over 25 persons
• Part of the functional planning team in charge of delivering Test Events prior to the opening in October 2020

• Develop turnkey, strategic solutions that enable marketers to kickstart meaningful engagement with consumers through innovative brand experiences
• Drive business development, client & brand custodianship, strategy, as well as manage core creative & implementation teams
• Deliver best practices through a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders including government, venues, production companies & entertainment partners
• Conceptualized, created, and executed the biggest Indoor Cricket event in the UAE - Lenovo Pro Kerala League, attended by 10,000+ people. Shortlist MESE Awards 2018 - Best Sporting Event

Director-Events & Brand Activation
• Promoted within the Group to set up the SBU, offering existing clients engaging event & activation solutions, as well as to attract new business. Key clients: Al Shaya Fashion, Visa International, First Gulf Bank, Omega, RTA, CDA, Dubai Media Office to name a few
• Averaged 20+ large scale projects, generating over AED 2 million in agency billing annually
• Developed and implemented varied engaging programs:
o Product launches: First Gulf Bank, Manchester City Card launch reaching 6000+ sports fans/potential customers across 2 days. OBI Mobile UAE launch with JohnSculley
o Government Initiatives: RTA “Mobility for All” activation campaign engaging 25,000+ consumers across public venues of Dubai
o Brand Awareness: Expo 2020 Dubai bid phase campaign, mall activation over 3 months across 22 UAE public locations. Al Rawabi ‘Family Day’ attended by 4000+ visitors
o Forums: Emirati Media Forum 2014 attended by 500+ guests including the Royal Family
• Led a core team responsible for conceptualizing engagement strategies to meet clients’ brand objectives, as well as for production and implementation for seamless execution

• Managed a Film & Television production unit, producingover 45 TVCs in the 1st year for clients such as RTA, Dubai Mall, DEWA and Health Authority Abu Dhabi
• Key focus on setting up systems, managing operations, budgets, edit suite, schedules, vendors & talent to ensure quality and timely turnaround on all production

• Joined as Sr. Account Executive and rose to Sr. Vice President becoming part of the leadership team, and managing an account portfolio of top billing clients
• Senior brand custodianship demonstrated through long term client relationships - Visa International, Spinneys, Al Ghurair City, Al Shaya Group (Next, Mothercare, Liz Claiborne), Rivoli Group (Mont Blanc, Kenzo) and more
• Focus on retail and finance industry projects including the Al Ghurair City relaunch. Development of Home Choice (Spinneys own brand). Launching Spinneys Market (small format) stores. Visa International GCC-wide merchant signage (30,000+ merchants) and Mystery Shopper program, amongst others
